Delete your Chizzit account

How it works

1. Confirm you own the account by verifying your registered mobile number with a one-time code — skipped automatically if you're already logged in.
2. Tell us whether to delete your entire account, or only specific data.
3. Submit your request. Our team reviews every request and completes it, typically within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile — name, email, gender and account credentials.
• Saved addresses, favourites and cart contents.
• Your login access to Chizzit.

What we keep, and why

As a marketplace, we're required to keep order and transaction records (items purchased, amounts, timestamps and the seller involved) even after your account is deleted — for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes, for as long as applicable law requires. This data is retained in a form no longer linked to your active profile, and is not used for any other purpose.
